- To participate in the Survey at www.lowes.com, you must have an 18-digit Lowe’s Survey code. The entry code expires Seven (7) days after the purchase date.
- You can find the Survey code on your purchase receipt at the Lowes store.
- The entrant needs an active internet connection to complete the Survey without connection errors.
- The participant must have a valid Email address & phone number to be notified about the Sweepstakes winner.
- If you opt for the mail-in method, you must have a 4″ x 5″ card to enter Lowe’s monthly Sweepstakes.

- The administration will conduct a random drawing based on the drawing schedule of all eligible Lowe’s Survey Sweepstakes entries received during each entry period.

- Five (5) winners are announced for each Period.
- Each winner shall be notified by Telephone, Email, and Overnight Mail.

- If the winner fails to respond, the Administration will randomly choose another alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
